Nomination rights vary a lot by award: the TD&E Award and BIG Thank You are both manager-submitted, and the five Strategic Resourcing MVPs (SEM, RM, DST, SPA, SRX/GSPM) are nominated internally by leadership with no open form. Interns aren't explicitly addressed in current program guidelines — check with TD&E Strategic Initiatives before nominating one. See each award's card for its specific rule.
